Curtains Down ~ The End of '05

This is what i did to end 2005..



Did it hurt? Hell yeah when they focus the needle at a spot for a few second. It was the longest 30 minutes ever in my life but it's worth it. I've been dying to get one. It was called The Rising Dragon. Sounds inspiring and spiritual, like The Emancipation of Mimi Ivan.

My new year resolution for 2005.

1) Cut down alcohol. It's not water Ivan... not water..

2) Cut down ciggy.

3) Be a good employee.. Im too old to fool around... (not to say that im not serious with job)

4) Save more money. Buahaha..

5) GET A NEW JOB!!

Curtains Down

2004 ended with me getting an accident from my Xmas wish for not wanting to work on Xmas. Got myself a few scars, left arm still hurting when i strecth it and my savings all gone to pay my stupid car.

2005. Heart broken. Stuck in the same job. My accident medical claim still pending. Lost 2 of my friends, gained 1 in return.

So, 2005 is going to end with.... [to be continued....]

1. Mariah Carey - We Belong Together


My favourite Mariah song ever! Love at first listen. The rapid fire verse, the beats and the melody. It's just so beautiful. It means a lot to me. A lot of unhappy things happened this year and i can just relate to the song in any way. The return of the voice!


2. Coldplay - Fix You


A beautifully written song. Chris Martin rocks!


3. Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.


The revenge of the anime group!


4. Missy Elliot - Lose It


The all new slim and trim Missy.

They make good dance music although some say they sold out themself but who cares as long as the music is good.


7. Eason Chan - 阿牛 (Ah Ngao)


This is what i call high quality cantopop.


8. Shirley Kwan and Alan Tam - 舊情複熾

The song itself is not that great but Shirley's voice saved it! I listen to this just because of Shirley sings in it. It was rumoured that Faye Wong and Sandy Lam turned down the duet.


9. Padi - Menanti Sebuah Jawaban

It was played at the end of an Indon movie Ungu Violet. Love it at first listen. Very britpop.


10. Telepopmusik - Breath


Heard this in someone else's profile in Friendster. It was released a few years back but it was still new to me. Ambient and relaxing. My greatest discovery of 2005.

By the way, the dinner was so so. The hall was sooooo packed when buffet starts. The best thing was free flows of BEERS!!. We have been drinking from 7pm till 3 in the morning.

Me against 700 people. I suck in Maths and i don't know how to count the possibility. You do the calculation.

December 3rd Week

Feels like typing a lot but my head is empty.

Recieved our annual door gift from the company. One mp3 player!!! 128mb!!! For fuck's sake i can't even transfer 2 CD album mp3 into that tiny-weeny storage. Give la 256mb or 512mb. Stingy fuckers. And i heard it cost them RM 66 per piece! But then again, at least my rechargable AAA batteries that i bought will not go to waste.

Will be attending the annual dinner tommorrow at Hotel Istana. Hopefully i can get something from the lucky draw. I need some change of luck.

Too Old?

We had our house repainted these few days. This evening they're going to paint my room. I wasn't in because i had to go back to the office for my year end appraisal. BTW, the appraisal went on quite well, i think. At least didn't got tiao'ed. My manager said i might be transfered back to Mines! Yay! Yay! Send me back to heaven. Fingers cross though, he's a great sweet talker. Buahaha. Hopes no one from the company reads this. Ok. Back to the painting. My one and only Faye Wong official album promo poster was gone when i reached home! After being a fan for since god-knows-when i finally get myself a poster of her in 2000 when she released Fable. I pre-ordered it in Tower Records weeks before she launched the album; collectibles item.

Me : Maaaaaaaaaaaaa! Where's my poster?
Dad : What?
Mom : His Faye Wong poster.
Dad : I've thrown it away.
Me : WHAT!?
Dad : Haiya, you're not young already...

*shows my infamous long face, ignored them and speak to myself "how about i throw all your bikini girls calendar and says "you're not young already...."



It has been there for almost 5 years. *sob sob*.

Luckily i didn't put up her To Love banner. Another rare item i got from the Power Station guy when i was in Utama.

Celebrated Raymond's birthday at Passion just now. They opened 3 bottles of Chivas and 1 Barcardi. Reached there around 1.30am. Thanks to Takeshi Kaneshiro screening which started late and then ended around 12am. Those VVIP just don't want to leave, like there's lots of reporters who wanted to take their pictures. Duh. Have 2 close encounter with Mr Kaneshiro. Wow. Fucking hot and yummy! He's just too beautiful to be real. Zhou Xuen was like a passerby. Buahahaha. Too bad we're not allowed to talk and take photo with them. But if we're allowed to do so, we might have a hard time getting through their body guards. Well at least i saw them in flesh and blood. No regrets. Hehehe.

Sing hei fucking puked in my car. Gross!! My first time cleaning up other people's mess (you owe me. fucker!!!). Totally disgusting!!! My car smells of chivas and coke. Yuck. I can't even stand the smell of my own breath. Duh. Gross gross gross.... The very thought of coke makes me sick. Pui pui pui...

Raging Hormones

I get pissed off easily recently and im feeling restless all the time. I seriously need some time off from work and the days has come!

Alanis helped me through the angry period. Whenever i got pissed off i'll blast Jagged Little Pill to the max in my car stereo.
